Genuinely confused by this
Its a standard awful Justin Bieber-esque pop song, but in the background there's the sound of a man puking repeatedly. It appears to be part of the track.

I only managed to listen to 45 seconds of this so it may be that all becomes clear later.

well I thought it was quite a good, subtle parody. Unfortunately, the type of music it parodies means that a parody has to sound essentially unlistenable,which this certainly is.
