And Shredder from TMNT wore a niqab.
And Venger from D&D wore a head scarf too.
The evidence is there for all to see.

From the BBC
"A Mattel spokeswoman told the BBC: "It's just an unfortunate incident where someone from the production company thought they were just putting in random text.
"We have no reason to believe it was done maliciously.""
Ok, just cock up. No harm done we're all adults here right?
No need to overreact.
"It said it would "no longer be working with the animation studio responsible", and would take "immediate action to remove this episode from circulation"."
Ah censorship, DVD's destroyed and an animation studio losing a contract. They wouldn't be bricking it a tad would they?

It's over reacting from all sides
Even if it's a deliberate use of Koran imagery the main outrage is that he has trodden on it, but you can see the blank page he treads on goes backwards, it's a different page that goes up in the air.
Extraordinary world we are trapped in when this is front page news and feels like a reason for a holy war.

It's even more amazing when they are more vocally outraged about this than someone slitting an 86 year old man's throat.

Why should I respect any religion/fairy tale?
I'll respect someone's right to practice a religion, but I won't respect the spastic lies of the religion itself.

Good clickbait, though.
It'll get shared as evidence of islamophobia, as a reason to be islamophobic, as an example of atheism being the best, as an example of political correctness gone mad, as an example of people being snowflakes...
And by fanning those social media arguments, it will lead to more clickbait in the future.
