Jeff Loomis - The Ultimatum

This guy never fails to amaze me, and this board has been missing some decent guitar shredding of late.

He also has a bastard 8-string version of my Hellraiser in the background. I bought it so I couldn't blame my instrument for not being able to play like Jeff; now I can only blame myself :o(

I can appreciate that he's a talented chap
But I prefer a little more melody in my music.

Although I'll admit that when I listened to this in my earlier years, I would imagine this music as my coronation theme for when I assumed the intergalactic throne in a massive black and gold coloured space castle.
