Someone's worked out a combo of food safe stuff that can be used as a spray on lubricant to coat the insides of any container or pipe that causes the contents to slide off and out of it smoothly and cleanly leaving no residue.
That's. Huge.
Although you have to wonder, will manufacturers WANT their products to need replacing less often?

I used to put it on my windscreen, after a few days, if you hit 35mph the rain flies away from the center of the windscreen, and you can pretend to be taking the Millenium Falcon into hyperspace. Also, never need windscreen wipers.
On the other hand, it did make driving in the rain more dangerous, due to my repeated attempts to hit warp speed
