It's a new game from Tea & Cheese and Nicoll Hunt and it's smashing. Out on October the fifth : D

Nice!
*high-fives fellow game developer*
...unfortunately I'm bound by a fairly comprehensive non-disclosure agreement so I can't really say what I do :(

Nice! Looks fun
I just have some standard video game questions for you now
Is it coming to consoles?
Will there be multiplayer?
Can I customise my car?
Can I play as a woman?
Will it run 60fps 1080p
etc

I'll do me best...
1. who knows?
2. maybe in future
3. not customise, but there's like a hundred cars to choose from
4. Do what you like in your own home mate, all good.
5. yes, probably at 1200 fpMS! at 2160p.
basically everything maximum.
etc.

As an alumni of Woolwich Polytechnic
I find this insulting.

The thing I always notice with blocky pixelly shapes like these
Is they still rotate smoothly in 3D space.
Now I'd be really impressed if all the moving objects were rendered in a fixed grid of spatial quantum cubes that remain fixed to the axis system as the object moves through the space. Like one of those water cascade demos dynamically rendered in LEGO bricks.

3D pixels, as cubes, in a grid.
They don't move, they just turn on and off.
Then you draw something moving through the space just by turning the cubes on and off.
But let the viewpoint move smoothly through the space so you can see all these cubes winking on and off.
Like this, but with a car shape instead of water:
