I watched this in my office
And the guy next to my desk looked over after the bi-plane engine sound and said, "Isn't that the sound of the Millenium Falcon's hyperdrive?"
Obviously, it's an IT office.

I used to do this sort of thing, albeit more in the dogs panting/walking through snow drifts level, so this is fascinating.
There's a great lot of sound FX in The Exorcist too, as shown in that big C4 documentary a few years back.
The TIE fighter sound has always been a marvel.
