This is a link post Music video inspired by newsletter I made this!


I made a music video based on the Glide2 video that was in the newsletter - we did two takes at it, in the second one the station guards are in the film shutting us down so we couldn't use it.

we had this idea for doing different scenes with soldiers and dancers etc. but then when we realised that we'd get shut down very quickly we just decided to do every at once. It's a total mishmash but was really good fun. cheers for the complements

2 questions:
1) Is the music by SixToes or the concept? I loved it.
2) When this gets ripped off by a cuntish ad agency will you sue?

1) the music is sixtoes, the concept was mine although it was heavily inspired by StrayLight's Glide2 and DefyingDarwin had a hand in it because he always does somehow
2) having ripped it off from glide2 myself I'd say no, unless I can make stacks of cash out them in which case absolutely yes.

I remember the glide 2 vid, that thing had been intrigued for weeks and from that you've been nicely innovative. What camera did you use?

photron bc-2 which is used primarily for testing ballistics equipment - most of the effort went into begging people for a camera. The terrifying thing was it looks a lot more like a bomb than a camera, and I had a black cable coming out of it with a big red button on the end to press record... oh and I was wearing a backpack!
