I made this!
I've been converting old VHS tapes and found a gem! This is from around 1992, my brother went to Southwick Bridge with my old camera to film 'drowned cars' as it used to flood pretty often. I thought I'd post it here, I'll get a better quality version up when I get 5 minutes! :-)
