I've never played WoW,
so I'm not sure where the humour lies (surely it's not that someone who's native language isn't English has written something that isn't perfect in that language...).

It's a bit of both really. The loss of translation coupled with the ridiculousness of the task he proposes.
I'm sure it's not the first time people have laughed at poor grasp of English. Don't get me wrong though, good on the guy for at least learning it a bit!
