We have to do mind numbing online training modules every so often.
Things I have found...
1) Take a random photo in the workplace and it will have a man of African descent, a White female and and Indian Female.
2) Disabled people aren't part of this above diversity.
3) Ginger people are severely underrepresented on these photos.
4) Despite only 7.9% of the British populace being of ethnic origin, they will easily outnumber white people.
5) There are no distinctions between different groups of White people, but Muslims, Sikhs, and Hindus et al are all distinguished via traditional dress.

the past
i once worked at a good stock photo company with beautiful photographs... it got bought and watered down... and again and again... and then it was down to this... the video is hard enough. imagine looking at those photos 8 hours a day 5 days a week.
