This is a normal post I blame the Internet.
Kids these days get bored after rolling the first three inches. Heaven help them if they run out of kingsize skins and have to start sticking together normal size cig papers.

This is a normal post An Armed Response Vehicle seems a bit excessive
to tackle a man with a spliff.

This is a normal post I had an armed response unit point guns at me once
for fifteen minutes, for carrying a pool cue. :S
Apparently the police love any excuse to use their toys and behave in a threatening manner.

This is a normal post One night about 12:30'ish in the morning on our way back from a civil war re-enactment
three of us all carrying pistols, i had a pair of Colt Walker Dragoons, and my friends had either colt or confederate navy 36 caliber pistols, all blank firing and we each 1860 enfield civil war musketoon's along with various knives and the general stuff we all carried for camping, we got passed by a car travelling very slowly and thought nothing of it, then with in about 10 mins , there was an almighty sound of cars rushing very very fast to get to some where, and then there was the sound of a car hitting the kerb at a decent speed and before we realized what was going on there was an armed respons vehicle sitting in front of us with 2 very large and shouty policemen.
Behind us was the car that passed us slowly and turned out to be an unmarked police car, and coming in from our right hand side, over the dividing reservation and bouncing all over the place was the first of 4 police cars.
Good job we hadnt been drinking or doing any weed as having a clear head and listening to what was being shouted at us worked in our favour.
It transpired that a person walking there dog had seen 3 heavily armed men carrying rifles anf guns.

We were those three men, we spent the night in the cells in paper suits and had all our blank fireing guns and knives confiscated and destroyed . say good by to several hundred pounds in total between the 3 of us. Looking back at that experiance, the dunblane shootings had only just happend in the middle of the week .
Scared the living shit of us.
With hind sight i dont blame the police for there response or the loss of our stuff everything was either in holsters and tied down or in gun slips .
