Shamen album spells displeasure with music executive
Their penultimate studio album, the instrumental Hempton Manor, followed an acrimonious split with their label One Little Indian. It is alleged to have been recorded in seven days to conclude the recording contract with One Little Indian, and the first letter of each track spells out "Fuck Birket", referring to label founder Derek Birket, who wanted the group to move back into more commercial territory.[6]

and so they then made a 3D model
Its how progress happens

Og: "a round plane whose circumference consists of points equidistant from the centre"
Ugg: "No it isn't. What's a circle?"
Og: "I'll show ya"

Cheers, it is rather unsettling isn't it?!
I remembered it recently in some kind of weird dream, and then started doubting myself that the thing was even real!
I like to entertain the idea that, somewhere in the distant past, some drug crazed editors and producers in the BBC saw this for the very first time and thought "Yes! that exactly encapsulates the direction in which we want to take primary school geography lessons"...

I guess you just have to pursue what you enjoy
I'm grade 8 but never good enough to play at that sort of standard. To be honest brass is generally not a type of music I enjoy listening to. I like chillout, metal and some dub I guess. Saw Gentleman's Dub Club recently who were great. Work and general malaise means I just can't really be arsed with it now.

Yeah, I've wanted to play guitar for ages. It's on my list of things. Monotonic instruments are not very interesting in general.
It didn't take me long before discovering punk and indie, and just wallowing in it. It seems old now, but Sonic Youth, My Bloody Valentine. No trumpets there. I've recently gone back to listening to jazz, and for some reason I'm finding it really enjoyable. Not most of it, but Miles, Coltrane, Bill Evans. Nothing like heroin induced music.

It's like jazz, but to the nth degree - harder, faster, heavier, and more extreme. Try listening to something like Spawn Of Possession and try to analyse it musically, it's insane.

I loved that band.

He has a habit of doing this
He knows the SNP are absolutely fucked without him. He'll play golf for a bit until Nicola Fish begs him to come back.

I am holding out for a remake/reimagining/reboot/ yadda yadda of Bagpus.
