but at least she has an excuse: "The Lincoln Journal Star is reporting that Svoboda lives at an assisted-living facility in Lincoln and has been diagnosed with schizophrenia. Her brother, Patrick Svoboda, is her conservator because she is incompetent, according to the publication."
