South China SeaI was 18 years old, on a friend's yacht moored on the south side of Hong Kong. Lying on my back, looking up at the stars with the tops of the mountains framing my view. The gentle rock of the boat and the distant sound of music from a bar on the beach mixed with the sound of the waves crashing on the beach.
Just started smoking on a regular basis, had a drop dead gorgeous girlfriend, worked selling beer to bars, the future was filled with uni & anticipation. That one moment stands out from that year as a truly beautiful one.
