Maybe a stereotype....My wife once cooked a dish of beef stroganoff, back in the early days before we were married. It looked like dog vomit on a plate, I took one mouthful and basicaly said "I can not eat this". It was more amusing to watch her, in a stubboness that I adore, eat three mouthfuls while grimacing/smiling trying to convince herself it was delicious. Eventually she agreed it was gross and we had a takeaway. We still laugh about it 6 years later. Just for the record, it is the only NON delicious thing she has ever made.

Any idea what went wrong with it?Stroganoff is nearly impossible to break, so something odd must have happened.
