The Anarchists Cookbook.....I had a copy of the above about the same sort of time (ie. before it was considered a terrorist manual.) - and I always wanted to make some of the explosives mentioned.... I have to admit i shyed away from it in the end, and by the sounds of it, I was better off doing so!!
Your story is pure genius though. I nearly fell off my chair at work.
