It wasn't until the b3ta mods read the Flashman novels that we changed from mild-mannered computer operators into heavily-whiskered copulators, poltroons and all round bastards in a well-known cavalry regiment.
What books have changed the way you think, the way you live, or just gave you a rollicking good time?

Che,that's very, very true.
Until I found B3ta I was always the odd one out amongst my friends...the one who laughed at inappropriate things yet also read far too many books and...to make matters worse..enjoyed arguing about politics, literature, philosophy, anything really.
When I was a child I wanted to be Prime Minister....I suspect I'm not the only b3tan to harbour that desire...although I've grown out of mine.
