Surely been suggested a few times already...but for QOTW, how about a 'see popular posts' option like with image challenges?
It'd save wading through pages of shite posted by the likes of me....

You can do this already.You add '/all' onto the end of the current question's URL. For example, it would be:
www.b3ta.com/questions/bastardcolleagues/all
at the moment. It then sorts them into order of popularity.
