My own mother refused to let me use the word 'oblong' instead of 'rectangle'. Which is just odd, to be honest.

My mum does it all the time, and it vexes me greatlyDoes she not realise how much extra stirring / bag-squishing time is required when the milk is put in first?! It's corner-cutting on her part I think, she puts all the brew ingredients in the cup willy-nilly and then boils the kettle. IT IS WRONG AND COMMON!
Honestly, how difficult is it to remember the simple formula of bag + water + milk?!
