This is a question Complaining

I like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

Yesss...
...gets my click of solidarity.
The biggest problem is not always the frivolous or vexatious complaints, but the manner in which management respond to them.

You mean the
apology letter that gets sent out before any investigation is even commenced, perchance?

Oh yeah...
...that and the following type off bullshit:
A colleague who had a complaint put in about his "attitude" (he'd was attending an obnoxious hangover patient straight after clearing a paediatric arrest) was approached by the complainant when he was off duty. He gets told "So you are on your final warning eh? Serves you right mate!" That's what management had told the complainant to placate him.
Total bollocks of course.
