This is a question My Biggest Disappointment

Often the things we look forward to the most turn out to be a huge let down. As Freddy Woo puts it, "High heels in bed? No fun at all. Porn has a lot to answer for."

Well, Freddy, you are supposed to get someone else to wear them.

What's disappointed you lot?

I thought my 550-K4 was just about perfect. Nippy, light, comfortable, reasonable running costs; still fell off it, of course.

Triumph? Hack! Cough! Spit! I made a '67 Bonneville oiltight and it repaid me by being the bike I pushed the furthest. Oh, mind you, there was the Honda 750 which stripped its final drive and had to be pushed from Scalby to Scarborough station.
