Provided it is empty, and not stopped mid-route.It is quite an experience to get in a lift on the ground floor, select the top floor (6th in my case), stand in the middle of the lift and whirl around as fast as your can.
I then did exactly the same thing going 6th to ground, and threw up in the office lobby.
