Evidence that you're getting oldYouthful as I am, I realised yesterday that I no-longer know, or care, who is #1 in the charts. Furthermore, it takes all day to get rid of a hangover and I now seem to have a profound interest in gardening. Worst is that I now use words like 'furthermore'.
What makes you think that you are getting old?

i still look 12, but...last new years eve, i saw a girl in the pub who had been in my class at school. she left after gcses. it had been a while so we got chatting and she started talking about her daughter's first day at school...
i felt old enough, when she mentioned she had seen *another* girl from our school.
at the parents evening.
i was only 20.
