Yeah Rob,
where's your story?

Dear B3ta -
please accept my sincere apologies for this mornings posts.
I don't know what came over me - it was as if a child had somehow possessed my mind, directing my hand to write.
If only someone could have stopped me.
I hang my head in shame.

Try Empire instead
The polemic is less vicious and the sarcasm more refined. And there are movie poster mash-ups. This week's is quite good

Someone
please stop me going onto the Daily Mail website. I'm losing my faith in humanity.
(, Thu 4 Mar 2010, 11:55, 45 replies)
It's carefully timed.
Hello new person. Please read our FAQ. Cheers.
(, Thu 4 Mar 2010, 11:52, 1 reply)
Is there actually a timed cutoff
Or are the mods just wondering how much more childish this can get with wry bemusement?
(, Thu 4 Mar 2010, 11:50, 3 replies)
Hey, the question can't close
until we've seen Rob's story.
(, Thu 4 Mar 2010, 11:50, Reply)
Now!! Me! - winner!

LAST
night I enjoyed a packet of ginger biscuits
(, Thu 4 Mar 2010, 11:45, 5 replies)
Do so and we might let you claim last

All subsequent post are requested to click 'NFC FTW' post below.
Although, to be honest, the question caused much introspection.
Robbo held up a mirror before B3ta, causing us to rethink the difference between the virtual and the real.
And what did we see in the mirror? Who was the unfairest of all?
Or perhaps it's the writing on the wall we should see -
Mene, mene, tekel upharsin.

Brilliant question Mr Manuel.
Now pull the bleedin plug.

May as well
worth a try?
(, Thu 4 Mar 2010, 11:37, Reply)
Nope. Last.
Click "I like this" if you regard this as a sub-standard QOTW and have gained more amusement from such childish games as Larry and I have been playing this morning. Or are really bored.

Also, Nottingham Forest FC are really fucking brilliant
(, Thu 4 Mar 2010, 11:33, 1 reply)

*whispers*:last?
(, Thu 4 Mar 2010, 11:31, Reply)
Back to my scheme
It's diabolical.

Seriously, if we all click "I like this" on all these inane posts we could have a 20-way tie for most popular. We'll be heroes. Um, yeah.
(, Thu 4 Mar 2010, 11:07, 16 replies)
That ginger one in eastenders
Despite the monobrow, I probably would.
(, Thu 4 Mar 2010, 11:02, 1 reply)
we should just flood this page
with google image search results of gingers
(, Thu 4 Mar 2010, 11:00, Reply)
Or a spoonful of mustard for the upchuck effect.
I expect there other unmentionable condiments in the spice rack which would do the same
(, Thu 4 Mar 2010, 10:58, Reply)
It occurs
That this not being the most popular QOTW ever, not many stories will have received a huge number of votes. So if we all click all of these posts, we can probably ruin the popular list for everyone

Ginger beer
is quite tasty
(, Thu 4 Mar 2010, 10:56, Reply)
On the flipside of the coin
my girlfriend's Stepmum used to make her drink milk if she came home ratarsed when she was a teenager, so that she'd throw up and theoretically have less of a hangover in the morning

/disgusting turn of home remedy-related events
(, Thu 4 Mar 2010, 10:54, 1 reply)
No problem
Apparently peppermint tea also helps. But that's more generaly feeling sick as opposed to travelsickness

/continued random home remedies that I remembered for some reason.
(, Thu 4 Mar 2010, 10:53, Reply)
I shall recount this to my sister
who is frequently travelsick. Thank you

/unlikely politeness
(, Thu 4 Mar 2010, 10:50, Reply)
/ total desperation!
Keep it up and Robbo's sure to pull it soon (fnar, fnar).
(, Thu 4 Mar 2010, 10:50, Reply)
Preserved ginger put me off it a bit
For some reason there's always a load of it round christmas. But it is rather good if you're feeling seasick apparently. But I've never had a chance to test that theory

/continued inanity
(, Thu 4 Mar 2010, 10:48, Reply)
I like Ginger
