This is a question Guilty Pleasures, part 2

It's been a while since we last asked this question and CaptainFellatioNelson's confession that he likes "to fart under the duvet, creep in and see how long I can last only on the fart air contained within" reminded us just how good it was last time.

What are the little things you do for fun when nobody else is around?

This is a question reply I really like
The ignore button but that is a cheerfully guilt free pleasure.

This is a question reply You're right!
*ignores*

Tee hee!

Not really. As if I'd ever want to ignore you in real life. Doesn't bear consideration.
(, Wed 19 Mar 2008, 13:24, )
This is a question reply *ignores*
Just kidding! So who have you got on ignore then?

I can't wait til I dislike someone so much they become my first 'ignore'.
(, Wed 19 Mar 2008, 13:24, )
This is a question reply I knew
someone would do that :)
(, Wed 19 Mar 2008, 13:24, )
This is a question reply @Bert - and Enzyme
Generally people who make rape 'jokes'. Not a laughing subject in my head.

And a collection of people who have posted what I consider to be rubbish. I tend to get wound up by some things, wrote ten replies, delete them all, and click 'ignore' in blissful release.

Aw, Enzyme - you say the sweetest things!
(, Wed 19 Mar 2008, 13:27, )
This is a question reply Sounds like a
very sensible approach. I'm glad I'm not on your ignore list then! ....yet.

I wonder if anyone else is ignoring me, after all, I am a bit crap.
(, Wed 19 Mar 2008, 13:30, )
This is a question reply Eek...

I have SO got to be on that list.

sorry
(, Wed 19 Mar 2008, 13:31, )
This is a question reply Crikey
I've not used the ignore button yet, not even on the people who've flamed me via gaz. Doesn't mean I won't at some point though.
(, Wed 19 Mar 2008, 13:31, )
This is a question reply 'ello Mister flake
Nope, you're not on it :)

Nor Ms chcb. Or Bert.

Just makes b3ta an even nicer place for me to be.
(, Wed 19 Mar 2008, 13:33, )
This is a question reply I've never been flamed via gaz
I'll need to be more controversial in future!

By the way, is that camping gaz? It would flame well.

/coat

This is a question reply Hmmmm.
Thus far I haven't used the Ignore button- at least not for the QOTW people. There was someone on the main board I ignored for a time because he kept posting the same unaltered picture of a middle-aged woman with thick glasses about 50 times a day- but I think he finally got the hint from everyone else and fucked off.

I can't say that anyone's posts in particular annoy me. Or, if they do, I simply skip over the offending post and continue on my way...
(, Wed 19 Mar 2008, 13:35, )
This is a question reply 'Ello Loon, k2k6
Well, I come to b3ta for fun generally, though some of the more thoughtful threads engage me too, so if there is something that I don't like, and I have the freedom and ability to utterly ignore it, I will.

Just like in the rest of my life - we're back to the thread about crowds. I don't like 'em, so don't go near 'em.
(, Wed 19 Mar 2008, 13:38, )
This is a question reply Twice
I have clicked ignore. But only after checking out their profile page and sampling some of their other posts to confirm that they are, in fact, an utter twunt with nothing worthwhile to say.

Other people, I tend to let the odd lapse in judgement pass if, on the whole, their stuff makes me smile.
(, Wed 19 Mar 2008, 13:39, )
This is a question reply I have only ignored one person
and that's the one who posted the goatse picture on the board one day.

Otherwise, the QOTW at least is fairly self-regulating.
(, Wed 19 Mar 2008, 13:42, )
This is a question reply Yes, I ignore people too
i tend to use the ignore button for people who seem to forget that the english language provides a set of perfectly good rules for grammer capitalisation and puctuation but completely ignore them and write huge great blocks of text with no rest or respite from their inane ramblings or txt lngge even when their stories might havr a hint of entertainment about them i just cant be arsed trying to translate it in my head or figure out where one sentence should end and the next begin and another thing when they INSIST ON USING CAPITALS that pisses me off too but even this might not be enuff to force the ignore on them if theyre got some redeeming features so i might have a look at their previous posts if im felling generous but generally theyre going to just get the anticlick

...and breathe.

This is a question reply Relax there Fireflier
It's ok...

Rest your head on a handy thesaurus and you'll feel just fine...

This is a question reply Fireflier
For a self confessed grammar Nazi your spelling skills leave a bit to be desired!
(, Wed 19 Mar 2008, 14:07, )
This is a question reply a number of people
have advised me that I'm on their ignore lists. I only ignore bad writers.
(, Wed 19 Mar 2008, 14:12, )
This is a question reply @oeb
I think you missed this.
(, Wed 19 Mar 2008, 14:12, )
This is a question reply Well yes...
But that was kind of the whole point of the post really. Anyway, I don't claim to be perfect (far from it), but it doesn't hurt to make an effort!

EDIT: Thank you K2k6!
(, Wed 19 Mar 2008, 14:16, )
This is a question reply ^^
I think you missed both this, this and probably this.

Well ok, the last one is not true, I'm just really getting into this 'Linking to Wikipedia' thing.
(, Wed 19 Mar 2008, 14:18, )
This is a question reply christ i feel really bad now
I have 4 on ignore!
(, Wed 19 Mar 2008, 14:22, )
This is a question reply Yay! Wiki-randomness!
Whee, Bonk, Fleeble, Plop

Don't worry oeb, I know you weren't being random - I just found a random wikipedia page generator and thought it suited the situation...
(, Wed 19 Mar 2008, 14:30, )
This is a question reply People flame via gaz??
How cowardly!
(, Wed 19 Mar 2008, 14:37, )
This is a question reply I just looked,
And I've got 6 on ignore.
I just tend to click it if I get the impression someone is a knobber.
(, Wed 19 Mar 2008, 14:39, )
This is a question reply In the spirit of thread jacking
From that random wiki post I got the following pages:

- Ottersweier
- Carmine Lombardozzi
- Grums Municipality
- Corporate benefit
(, Wed 19 Mar 2008, 14:58, )
This is a question reply I was once flamed by gaz
And as much as I'd love now to recount a camping story from hell, it was actually someone being a c*nt.

I told the big boys and they went and thumped him with sarcasm.
