Things they never tell you about French foodYou've heard of the pig trotters, the snails and the frogs. But how about Head Cheese (word for word), a dish made out of pig's head and served cold, smells like warm vomit, takes a long time to prepare, so the smell lingers, I've been sick whenever I have smelled it.
