Either you love 'em or you hate 'em. Or in the case of Fred West - both. Tell us your ankle-biter stories.

This is a question reply Prompted by a reply I've just made
How many people out there have had kids because that's what they thought they wanted, only to realise that actually, they didn't?

I'm not kidding when I say I've worked with countless people who's sage advice to me has been "DG, whatever you do, don't have kids. I love mine to bits, but if I had my time over again, I wouldn't have them".

Just a thought...

This is a question reply I love my daughter to bits.
But since she was born three weeks before my twentieth birthday, yes, I do wish I'd waited til I was in my thirties*.

*I wanted to, but I fell for a demented slagbag.
I do love our little girl dearly though, I wouldn't change her for the world.

This is a question reply On the positive side
She'll be all growed up when you're not too decrepid to enjoy life. I have an aquaintance who had his kids VERY young (16 I think) and he now has a great social life at the age of 38.

This is a question reply This is true
At sports day, I win EVERYTHING.

And at the park/soft play area I'm the only dad who can keep up with his kids.

:D
