Hello, I'm working on putting together a music video night for unsigned / small artists and I need videos! Also any short films that people would like to be shown. This is a think tank who has said they should sell expensive council houses when they become empty and build new ones.

Do you think this is a good or bad idea? Do you think it'll cause social cleansing?

I'm all for it, if you can sell one 4 bed in street A and build 2 4 beds in street B then that's a good idea. Council houses should be good quality social housing, there's no need for them to be in the most expensive streets.
