Have considered renting our place out for the duration Could get £2k a week as we are close to the jubilee line. Lot of hassle to remove valuables and ensure we have decent tenants but £6k in total before tax is not be ruled out.

I once played in the same bill as a young band who showed great potential like thatTheir music was nothing special - generic blues rock - but they played reasonably well enough for me to remark that if they got hold of some good records and absorbed some good influences they could one day be good.
They didn't. They grew up to be The Enemy. It transpired that they only managed to get hold of Oasis and Jam records. I was very wrong.
