London weighting was because the wage of a lot of NHS staff was below the living wage for NHS staff in london.
It's the difference between topping up and pulling down.
I don't agree with the london weighting, I think it would be much better to have more available and affordable Key housing within the M25.

The government do a very good job of presenting the whole of the public sector as hate figures
They like to cherry pick the information so that people think that across the board all public sector workers have the holidays of teachers, the pay of council leaders, the pension of Fred Goodwin, etc. I DONT GET THESE PERKS IN MY PRIVATE SECTOR JOB SO WHY SHOULD THEY???

I got told off today for working on something instead of working on something else, something thats really cool and EVERYONE WHO HAS SEEN IT said "awsome"
But new manager told me off, gave a technical reason thats bullshit and simplistic as to why it was crap, and told me to get on with something else.

I'm like |-----| This close to finishing my WP Frictionless Sharing plugin, and selling it by the thousands at £20 a pop... which I have no doubt will sale in those quantites at those prices.
