Document what you've achieved over and above what you core tasks are.
Pointing out the benefits to the company.

Might be worth speaking with your senior manager and asking if you can work without supervision or if your reporting line can be changed as it is becoming increasingly clear that your current manager doesn't like the work you're producing, but your previous manager was very happy with it.

I think I did something very telling today.
I was supposed to have a review today with the big huncho, but he was out of his office. I then saw him at the end of the day and he appologised, so I asked if I could reschedual for next week, and he said yes. Big huncho said "I'll bring [new manager] in on it" and I said "Maybe if it's possible to have him there for half the time?" and he smiled, winked and said 'no problem'. I'm such a sucker for a smile and wink.
