Libraries are for people that can't afford books and internet
Really they don't deserve to live anyway

One of my staff spends his lunchtimes in the North Finchley Library.
It is, I am informed, a mecca for the insane and urine-sodden. Every day some babbling halfwit has to be ejected.

I just wonder why you keep going back there.

No, he lives in Leighton Buzzard.
Other than that, you're dead right.

There was a bloke from [Area] who got arrested for trying to start a riot, during the riots, using facebook inside the libary.
I passed some screenshots onto the police and I found out the other day that he got 6 months or somethign like that.

I can't work out someone who is interested enough in the internet in order to reguarly go to a special location for it, who 'cant afford' or has no interest in spending the money, to have it in their home. I mean, laptops get thrown out with the trash these days, and they all have finance options for better ones. They'd be at least on par with the libary. And the connection comes with massive discounts for those on benifets / as low as £5/month. If they spend just one hour on it, it pays for themselves.
