rent act tenancies were murder for landlordsi have some that i am dealing with at the moment, and it's a total bitch. eg i have one dude paying £400 a month for a 3 storey townhouse in notting hill. and it's hereditary, so when he carks it, a relative could stay for the next god knows how long.
