I just called my current phone and internet provider to cancel my service, all geared up for a 'full and frank exchange of views', and they were absolutely nice as pie about it! No penalties, no third-degree about why I was cancelling, no ludicrous offers to get me to transfer to the new place, nothing. They must really hate me.
Disappointing really.
