I finished the book two days ago. finished watching the film about 20 minutes ago.

Started the book after a 20 year lay off of 'getting around to it'...
Probably won't see the film until it's out on DVD. SJ wants to see it (having just read the book) but seeing as it's an 18, and he's 13...

and the couple of sex bits are pretty explicit.

He's 13
and has mates with laptop computers. He's seen more than I would really want him to see.

I do try to vet stuff though. I still won't let him watch From Dusk 'Til Dawn as I think the first hour is just a bit too disturbing. The second hour is just Buffy with tits, the first.... no.
