This is a QotW answer Good morning dear b3tans,
especially to you Bert.

Day 3 of the stop smoking campaign. The patches itch like fuck, made me dream about having to bury bodies in shallow graves, and I was a bad girl and had a cig last night.
On the upside, I have a beautiful kitteh to rub on when I need to do something with my hands.

This is a QotW comment On a similar note
On Wednesday past I was a 5-6 cups of strong coffee a day man.

That was the last I've touched coffee and I've never looked back.

The replacement is Twinnings peppermint and nettle tea :(

What a big fucking hippy

This is a QotW comment Best of luck
I gave up on a long weekend holiday and it was dead easy up until the moment I got back and sat in front of the computer where I did most of my smoking. Then it got really hard for about a week. Ooer.

This is a QotW comment I found that not eating crisps with MSG in them helped me give up
I might be weird in that I'm the only on that it affects, but if I'm trying to concentrate and have something with MSG in, it makes me feel like I need a cigarette.

eating oranges helps this to go away.

This is a QotW comment It's bloody hard!
It's easy not to smoke at work as I just walk around the office instead of going outside, but at home it kills me.

This is a QotW comment keep it up WBM
It's probably better to stop now then once you get sick.... my dad was still trying to quit when they were prepping him for surgery for a smoking related cancer. You can do it.
