The most annoying game ever
is 5-block Tetris, because it looks like Tetris but plays completely differently.

It's brilliant.

And it doesn't hurt that a mate wrote it, so every time I play it I make it more likely that he can afford to buy me a pint next time I see him.

Dicewars!
It's a little mini-war game. Each area has a stack of dice on it and when it attacks an adjacent area both stacks of dice are rolled. If you lose just one die is left on your territory, if you win all but one of your dice move to the conquered territory. At the end of your turn you get randomly given extra dice equal to the number of territories in your largest connected area. It's a bit like Risk.

I'm constantly playing that and Conqueror, which is a slightly more complicated wargame (but still pretty straightforward).

Whatever you do,
don't be tempted to gamble all your money away on cash games... but www.king.com has some good ones to play. I've become addicted to Amazing Adventures (and lost all my money on it)... it's just spotting objects in pictures. But the pictures are lully and it's hard so it's good if you like a challenge.

There are lots of other games there too, like Bejewelled 2 and stuff.

Ooh ooh also, boggle, well Scramble. On facebook. It's how I spend at least 10% of my actual life.
