All you have to do is listen to whatever someone is saying to you and then repeat the last word, leave a slight pause and then say "yessss"

Example:

"The square on the hypotenuse is equal to the sum of the squares on the other two sides"

"Sides......Yessss"

Used to do
this all the time back in the UK. Mainly with a mate, Scotty.

Buying a round in the bar and the barman says:

"Here's your change"

And in unison, me and Scotty would say:

"Change....yessss"

ahaha sounds like me and a friend..
every time our biology teacher says reflex - we punch each other. Completely desensitised to it now!
EDIT: Should probably give the backstory.

Teacher was asking what reflexes were. Kate punched me (lightly) in the arm and I jumped. The teacher laughed and from that day on - every time he says reflexes one of us will punch the other.
