I don't really get angry at much - I'm generally very calm and shy so it doesn't really affect me much - however, I refuse to let my boss walk all over me (one of the few places I actively assert myself *woo yay*) and have on more then one occasion given him a serve as good as he gave.

I can list the things on my eight fingers and two thumbs that make me angry - everything else I can just push away - I refuse to let it get to me.
