OK, I/m back from th'e shops, and I have Kettle Crisps and two cans of red bull, and two cans of 50p fake red bull.
I went in my swimming trunks and the first t-shirt I could fine, and some tramp came up to me and tried to do the whole "Are you greek? Areyou turkish?" thing.

God bless Zopliclone. I've got into the habit of waking up when it first gets light, which is about 4:20 in these Easterly parts. This doesn't make for good sleep.

Took 10.5mg of Zopliclone on going to bed last night, got out of bed at 10:30 this morning. Can't tell you how long it was since I had a lie-in of such proportions.

It's addictive stuff hence I save it up to use it rarely.

Now just have to think of something constructive to do today.
