Pretentious bollocksPossibly the worst event I ever went to was an evening of turntablists in London. The lights went down, the first guy put a cymbal onto a turntable, dropped the needle on it and left it making screeching noises for ten minutes.
When the lights came up, half the audience had snuck out.

I AM pretentious artWhilst at uni, we had to do a cross-arts thing on modern art, and the group I wasn't in managed to interview me on camera for their project. In the pub. After a few.
The next week, on a whacking great big screen, to all my lecturers, in beautiful 5.1 surround sound, my dulcet tones:
