Scars with historyYou've all got scars: they're nature's little reminders not to be so damned stupid next time. My favourite is the 1/4" round hole in the back of my right hand, created when I was 7 by my best friend putting a manure-covered gardening fork "away".

Aaaand finally...Trying to cut a very thing piece of cheese, I held it upright and tried to slice it vertically. Cheese went one way, knife went the other.
Thankfully it didn't damage the worktop because my (now well-chewed) thumb got in the way. It bled for ages until I wrapped it in toilet paper and sellotape.
