This is a question Inflated Self-Importance

Amorous Badger asks: Tell us tales of people who have a high opinion of themselves. Jumped-up officials, the mad old bloke who runs the Neighbourhood Watch like it's a military operation, Colonel Blimps, pompous bastards and people stuck up their own arse.

Julian Assange

I've never had much time for Assange even before he was famous. He always struck me as a narcissistic drama-queen. The final straw was when ended a press conference with:

"I have two wars to stop!"

Floppy-haired cunt.

Cheers

But, as much as I despise the guy, even I think the rape charges are a load of bollocks.

That should definitely be his defense's first statement in court.
"Your Honour, even Legless off of the internet thinks these rape charges are a load of bollocks, and we all know what a sanctimonious knee jerk reactionary self important arse he is, so there can clearly be no merit to the accusation"

You think all rape charges are bollocks
what with being a revolting neanderthal misogynist.

Cheers.

the allegations are sexual assault. not rape.
And he hasn't been charged. He's wanted for questioning. Tedious, self important and getting it fundamentally wrong. Typical Legless.

Cheers.

Allegations
Always best to wait until AFTER the investigation and court case before trying to guess guilt. And the BBC report clearly states rape is alleged. In my experience, the facts and the truth rarely bear any resemblance to press or TV summaries or "reports", they write what sells or fits their agenda. The clue is in the word "reports" inevitably second or greater hand, far removed from the people involved.

The very fact he's been accused is a probable indication of guilt on his part.
