As someone who's had to change his diet completely in the last 3 weeks due to being diagnosed with IBS this was more than pleasing.

Cheers - it's not very pleasant. Seems to be stress-related as it's been accompanied with the return of my mild childhood ecsema. Means no festivals for me this year - that's a potential torment I'm not willing to subject myself to.

It is on my face but pretty much under control. Occasionally looks like I've been wearing glasses and they've pinched the bridge of my nose.

Too bad I'm a worrier, and stressed most of the time. It's been getting better lately, though. MUCH better than 10 years ago. Back then I could have an "episode" as many as 10 days per month. Now it's more like once/month, if that. (knocks on wood)
Not sure what your doctors have suggested for you to try to avoid, but I've found that carbonated beverages and greasy foods are my biggest dietary triggers.
