Work ExperienceWe've got a work experience kid in for a couple of weeks and he'll do anything you tell him to... He's was in the server room most of yesterday monitoring the network activity lights - he almost missed his lunch till we took pity on him.

Bean CountingI went for a weeks work experience as a been counter for a trading company in central London. Not the sort of bean counting to do with accounting, no, I literally had to count beans for a whole week. They bought cocoa beans from around the world and I had to sort them by size and count how many of each size there were to see where the best place to buy the beans from was.
Over the week I counted about 40,000 cocoa beans.
Thank fuck I have a proper job now.
