i bought some cheap tzatziki dip from tescos

but this one tasted like white paint mixed with dill and set in jelly.

sounds foul
Dash of Olive Oil
Few drops Vinegar
2 big cloves Garlic
Medium size Cucumber
1 tea spoon Salt
1 Kilo Greek yogurt

Put yogurt in large mixing bowl, with Olive Oil, vinegar salt and mix. Skin the cucumber, and grate in long ways on a cheese grater. Squeeze by hand until dry and add to bowl. Grate Garlic on nutmeg grater, also add to bowl. Mix contents of bowl and pop into fridge until needed
