And eventually it'll catch up with android what with development being easier and Win8 pushing it through.

I do like their square homescreen setup, it's very pretty
we had a play with the Lumia and Massive Lumia at the Nokia exhibit at SXSW. The cameras on them are good.

pretty good actually, I didn't have a badge for the talks unfortunately
but there were lots of free parties to go to, free food, drinks, t-shirts etc. And did lots of networking. I don't know how Austin will cope each year as it gets bigger and bigger, mind.

I found out that Cadence Weapon and Saul Williams were playing the same show about a week before and got really disappointed that I wasn't going.
Also the cast of Parks & Recreation were there.

yeah, me too, and the main apps i use are built in anyway.
The camera on the Lumia 800 doesn't compare to HTC though.

Thing is though, the phone is great.
And the OS is brilliant.
It's just the fact that noone makes apps for it that's bloody annoying!

because only 5 people worldwide have Windows phones
if I was an app developer I'd make apps for iphones. Because app developers need to eat and pay their rent and all that.

there still is a big userbase, and with the likes of PhoneGap, it makes it no extra work.
In MarketPlace, you can be No.1 where as on iOS, there are 100s who have done the same.
