Last night I made an epic steak sandwich that consisted of
- 1/4 Boule Du Champign (or something like that) bread... cut in half and toasted with some garlic/mustard butter.
- Oyster mushroom and red onion mix a touch of jar bechnmel.
- Amazing blue cheese sauce out of blue cheese dressing (brahanas) with dolchilati.
- Medium rare ribeye covered in No.5 unami, medium side of medium-rare, cut against the grain,
- Mopped up all the bits'n'bobs with the bread; toasting it slightly bit more, and with some Stoke's Ketchup.

I'm telling you man, this was like man tag teaming food.
