A room of our own
There is a little outbuilding at the front of my parents'house. They decided to turn it into a den/playroom for my younger sister and I. When it came down to decorating it, my cousin joined in and we decided to paint breasts and willies on all the walls. Needless to say that the room soon reversed to its original use of junk room.
On a recent visit, my young nephew and I were trying to rescue some old bike from the premises, and he asked about the decorating. Needles to say I handed him a paint brush, and he has now contributed to our chef d'oeuvre

Deodorants
When Iwas 16 we went on a school trip to Greece. As we were all minors non of us was allowed out of the hotel in the evenings. So to pass the time, we all gathered in one of the rooms, and started to play with deodorant sprays and lighters. Needless to say a few armpits go burn, the curtains caught fire and the teachers started inspecting our rooms for booze for the rest of the trip.

Never on purpose
Sunday school got cancelled on a wednesday morning, I had to get back to a friend, as my mum was not home. We must have been both about 9 or 10. Feeling a bit peckish we decided to cook ourselves some flambee bananas. In the pan went the bananas, and we decided it would be a good idea to put the extractor on, that way the nanny would not know what we were up to. We decided to warm up the rum before setting it alight since we'd seen our parents do it, so in goes the rum, in goes the match, the next thing we know, there are huge flames rising up from the pan and into the extractor.
A few years earlier we also managed to set her parents new car on fire while playing with the cigarette lighter, they were not o pleased about that.
We once had a power cut so I decided to put a candle in my parents bedroom, I only realised where I'd put it when I heard my mum screaming, I had left it under a lampshade, which then went on to catch fire.
