OKThe Spanish Inquisition was a tribunal system established in the 15th century to maintain Catholic hegemony throughout the Kingdom of Spain. Contrary to popular belief, the Inquisition was not unexpected, and in fact always gave their victims 24 days notice before taking them in for interrogation.
